Residential Multi-family property is looking to hire a custodian to clean the property on a daily basis. You will be responsible for cleaning the outside of the property, lobbies, and hallways of the property daily. Additional duties may include cleaning apartments, porter duties as needed, and assisting maintenance staff. 40 hr per week $12 hour No Criminal Background (Background check will be required) Must be eligible to work in the US. Must have reliable transportation to get to/from job site and a smartphone is required Must speak and read English
