**EXPERIENCED ONLY NEED APPLY** Luxury Condominium front desk security part-time Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Additional shifts available daytime or evening. Preferred experience with 3 years working at a condominium desk. The front desk professional must be impeccably mannered well spoken and discreet. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility in a safe and satisfactory manner. The individual must be punctual and have a good attendance record, and have reliable means of transportation to work. Possession of excellent public communication skills and written skills. Language Skills: Ability to speak effectively in English. Light cleaning duties in the lobby. Some heavy lifting required. Written references for this position are necessary. The building is immaculately clean and totally free of Covid-19 Masks are a requirement for all residents, visitors, workers and employees. All necessary health precautions are taken to insure the safety of all residents and employees.
