What's Up Party People! My name is Richard Piscitello. I'm the drummer and manager of Punk Rock Barbie... a successful Pop Punk Tribute band that I formed in LA. The thing was we just didn't have the right singer up front. Well I live here in South Florida now and I KNOW that this band would be HUGE! Also I met a major player in the record industry and while we will begin by playing covers, I'm DEFINITELY interested in some originals and sending them to my industry contact. I'm looking to build the band from scratch but experience playing Blink 182, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, Weezer, Lit, All American Rejects, SR-71, Paramore, etc.... that would be perfect. I'm covering the drums and many backup vocals. I can also sing high harmonies. I NEED TO FIND Punk Rock Barbie 21 or over, Soprano, Looks, Attitude. I'm building the band around YOU! Lead Guitar - I did it before with one guitarist but I'm not opposed to have a rhythm guitar player. If you know the music you know it's not Van Halen so if you're bored with lots of down strumming and not many leads.... this is not for you. MUST SING at least some unison and harmony. Bass Guitar - Lots of GREAT bass lines.... MUST SING.... and harmonize. Rhythm Guitar - (optional)... I mean it really does fill out the sound but it's another person to pay... so must be an EXCELLENT singer as well as musician. HIGH ENERGY, STAGE LOOK AND PRESENCE... It's a show... not just some band with people standing around. NO TABLETS on stage.... practice.... yeah whatever. NO DRUGS before, during rehearsal or performance. What you do on your time is your business. Early is ON TIME..... On time is LATE! This band played some great clubs in LA but we didn't take off because they singer wasn't right. I will find the right singer this time and the sky is the limit. Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to be in this band. Links to video or audio of you performing. Also.... I'm new to the area and I need to find a practice space for myself. DO NOT show up to rehearsal and try to figure out the song at practice.... I HATE THAT.... totally unprofessional.
