NYM Group is a stable, growing and professional Commercial Maintenance/ company currently seeking a  LABORER The qualified candidates will be Punctual, Trustworthy, Reliable and Responsible. This is a hands-on position, not a supervisory position. The applicant must be willing to do multiple trades. We do everything from changing a light bulb to new construction. Every day is something different.  You will assist the project with various assignments as necessary. Often will work on a variety of tasks within a given day.   Must have a strong understanding of construction, painting, repairs, asphalt and concrete.  * APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID/CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE *  Job Task: Must be able to lift and move heavy materials, 50+lb's Debris removal/cleanup Must have experience working with power tools (owning these tools is a major plus) Must be able to assess and solve problems that arise on the spot. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends/ holidays as needed. Must be able to handle being assigned between multiple projects and be a team player. - References are required. Ability to perform the physical tasks required of a Laborer.   General Labor and Carpentry  Must be able to work in a safe and effective manner while helping accomplish project tasks as directed by verbal or written communication without constant supervision. Provide assistance to project manager, site superintendent, foreman, operator, carpenter or other laborer and support staff in the field. Perform general manual labor Perform other duties as assigned   We ask that all applicants have the following qualifications: Must have a valid/clean drivers license ** (Required) and reliable transportation Must have flexible availability Availability to work overtime if necessary Must be able to work in all weather conditions  Clear communications skills  Must have a reliable smart phone Ability to use company ipad  Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures. Perform other maintenance duties as requested. Strong organizational and follow up skills. Professional presentation and attitude.
