Non Toxic Paris Military Accord. The U.S. military is halting a gender-neutral Army Combat Fitness Test test, as female soldiers were failing at a rate of 65%, according to a Pentagon study. A review to make it fair to "both genders" underway. When they do combat with a trained enemy soldier they will first have to hand them an equity brochure letting them know what they are limited to so the combat will be fair or is it fear. They are being printed multilingual on a convenient laminated card to keep in their pocket.
