ROOM ATTENDANT FT / PT HOURS: 8:00AM-4:30PM Cleanliness of 16-18 guest rooms per shift Change linens daily Scrub and disinfect bathroom Dust and vacuum entire room Replenish supplies Report maintenance problems and complete any reasonable task requested by supervisor. Minimum qualifications: High standard of cleanliness. Must possess pleasant, out-going, hospitable personality, previous experience in service related job helpful. Must meet the high physical demands of the position. Must be able to stand & walk for long periods of time pushing a cart. Must be flexible in scheduling as hours may vary, including nights, weekends and holidays. PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT - FT Dry mop lobby tile. Keep furniture dusted, polished and clean. Keep telephones, pictures, plaques and mirrors clean. Cleans and polishes drinking fountains. Spot clean ladies and men’s rest rooms, stock with supplies. Vacuum carpets in lobby, elevators and hallways, shampoo. Empty trash. Clean overhead lights. Clean both entrances. Minimum qualifications: High standards of cleanliness, enjoys working with people, self-motivated, customer service oriented,and an independent worker. Must be able to communicate with guests and team members. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances while pushing a cart. Ability to speak the English language. Must be flexible in scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. LAUNDRY ATTENDANT - FT / PT Wash, dries, folds linen and towels. Load carts for delivery to linen rooms. Uses laundry equipment including iron. Load machines according to direction of laundry supervisor. Fill guest requests for irons, pillows, etc., as directed by the laundry supervisor. Complete other tasks as directed by laundry supervisor, assistant and director of services. Minimum qualifications: High energy level and stamina Must be able to work as part of a team Must be able to stand for long periods of time and able to lift 50 pounds. Must be highly flexible in scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays. LINEN RUNNER – FT / PT Flexible, shifts to include weekends. Wash, dries, folds linen and towels. Load carts for delivery to linen rooms. Uses laundry equipment including iron. Load machines according to direction of laundry supervisor. Fill guest requests for irons, pillows, etc., as directed by the laundry supervisor. Complete other tasks as directed by laundry supervisor, assistant and director of services.
