Description
We are a small wedding/memorial/ceremonies event center. We help people celebrate their big moments in life and create memories in a charming chapel with a 1200sq ft reception area.
We are looking for a successful part-time event coordinator who is a self-starter, detail oriented, and hard-working.
Examples of events: small weddings, wedding vow renewal ceremonies, wedding rehearsals, memorials, bridal and baby showers, graduations, special events and religious celebrations
The successful part-timer should be able to :
Work with guests/clients/suppliers to facilitate and organize memorable events that meet quality expectations and delight our clients.
• Show & explain our facility options to businesses, organizations, groups & individuals
• Foster referral relationships with local event planners, Chambers of Commerce & other industry professionals to create a steady stream of referral sources for business.
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator with experience of organizing and planning successful events
• Highly detail oriented and able to track and complete projects
• Excellent time management
• Excellent communication skills (Great at communications including phone, email and in person)
