Need experienced Remodeler to due final punch out to list real estate flip. Must have experience in electrical, basic plumbing, hanging lighting fixtures and installing interior doors. Job needs to be started and completed in a short period of time. Please include experience and years experience and pictures are a plus. Prefer to pay hourly rate but will consider flat pay. Job needs to be started asap. Other long term jobsites are available if work is good.
