Looking for more music students, and a second person, dual acoustic.

Hi!! I'm looking to move back to Winston soon, looking for a room currently...I'm looking to set up more music students...I've taught music for over 20 years, yes, I'm older, mostly guitar, piano, bass...Chords, scales, songs, sight reading, theory, ear training, and much more!! I also do handyman and landscaping work as a second job...I'm also looking for another person to do dual acoustic guitars and dual vocal harmonies...I have a 3 hour setlist, usually 3, 45 min sets, with 15 min break in between...The songs I do are mostly 80s, 90s, Originals, and some 70s covers...I'm big on Alice in chains, soundgarden, some classical and blues, etc. I want to get the dual acoustic guitar songs and vocal harmonies perfect, to then market ourselves to play the bars, coffee shops, for money, etc. I've played weddings, barbecues, bars, co hosted open mics, and I've sung and played guitar for a few bands years ago...
