The weather is warming up and we are in search of a FULL-TIME SITE WORK GROUND MAN! We are a small company so the job descriptions will vary at times. We are in need of a full time SITE WORK GROUND MAN who has experience digging, raking, compacting etc. We build Barns, Garages, Riding Arenas and large Storage Buildings. RESPONSIBILITIES: Show up early each morning with a good work attitude. Understanding grade and being able to rake, shovel, use a compactor (walk behind and ride on) site for foundation digs, spread material etc. Experience using excavators, tractors, skid loaders, driving trucks with trailers, welding, general maintenance, concrete work etc. is not necessary, but a plus. Are willing to train the right person who shows great drive, enthusiasm and job description retention? YES! REQUIREMENTS: Be able to work in the hot summer weather as well as the cold winter months outside. Be able to effectively communicate with others while maintaining a genuine enjoyable to be around attitude. Be able to work long days occasionally to offset rain/snow days. Be athletic enough to physically work all day. BENEFITS: Overtime possibilities. We offer the typical paid holidays after a year of work. We actually care about our employees. SCHEDULE: 7am-3:30 or 4:00pm is typical but would be tailored to each job, location and season.
