Coming to take your guns -- AGAIN

I have a brilliant idea: We need to make all the criminals turn in their guns. I believe that would make America a much safer place to live. What?? You mean the criminals won't just turn in their guns voluntarily ?? How about if we just take them by force, would that work ?? Seriously, taking guns from law-abiding citizens, without bothering to take guns away from criminals just doesn't make any sense at all !! That's like trying to stop drunk driving, by taking the cars away from all the sober drivers. The other thing is, the type of guns they're going after are the wrong ones; AR-15, big magazines, etc. are not the problem. These guns are responsible for only about 1% of ALL gun-related deaths !! You want to know what guns are used to kill most of the time? PISTOLS !! So why are they going after AR-15's, that are used to kill 1%, and ignore the Pistols, that used to kill 70% ?? Is it because the AR-15 looks scary....??... Again, the rules make no sense. If you want to name a firearm that is the biggest 'problem', it's pistols. Seriously; If the government and the people of this nation REALLY wanted to stop gun violence, they would take guns from the criminals FIRST. Why aren't they trying to do that ?? There are over 70 MILLION Hunters in America. There are over 400 Million guns in America and trillions of rounds of ammunition. If the real, legal Gun Owners in this country were the problem, you'd fucking know it !! Gun-Hating snowflakes need to concentrate on taking the guns away from criminals and leave us legal and responsible gun owners alone !!
