Unfortunate events befall individual’s properties regardless of rain or shine. The restoration industry in Nashville is ever expanding due to growth of population and real estate. You are: Someone who is driven and willing to learn the industry of disaster restoration construction, mitigation, and estimating damages with Xactimate software. Sales minded Task oriented and organized to handle multiple clients Someone with reliable transportation to travel to home owner’s property Innovative problem solver, empathetic, well spoken, and clean cut Someone who never stops growing and learning The facts: This is a demanding position that will require a lot of time and effort, but is well compensated if you are willing to learn. Preferred Skills and Experience: Commitment to safety Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Drug free and able to pass a background check Flexibility to respond to after hour/emergency calls Proficiency in dry-out documentation, including psychometric reading and moisture maps preferred, but not required Proficiency in use of moisture meters preferred, but not required Computer/App literate, as we are a paperless company Maintain documentation daily Have at least a high school diploma, or equivalent of education Eager to learn and acquire new skills Pride in your work caring for the resources available to you (company equipment and vehicles) IICRC certification preferred, but not required (WRT/ASD; FSRT/OCT; AMRT; TSC) OSHA 10 Construction Safety preferred, but not required Safely lift 75 lbs Safely work from ladders, no fear of heights Safely work in closed in areas, such as a crawlspace What we offer….
