Local Kalispell dispensary looking for a cultivation assistant. We are a year round indoor cultivation dispensary wanting to expand operations. We are looking for someone who loves plants and is willing to work hard to grow and support our current cultivation. Position will begin part time and eventually work up to full time with flexible hours. Experience is preferable but we are willing to train and wage is dependent upon experience. Job requirements: Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work in hot, humid conditions Must work well with others and be a team player Must be able to withstand long hours on your feet, kneeling or in otherwise difficult positions in order to reach plants and finish tasks Must be very clean and always keep a clean sanitary environment Cultivation responsibilities Manicure and trim all flower to standards set by the general manager Weigh all shake, trim and material from plant Sort, weigh and document yield from plants Germinate seeds in a clean environment to ensure no contamination Transplant and transfer plants Mix nutrients as directed by the general manager Ensure light cycles are effective and appropriate Record all documentation as required by the state track and trace system Change light bulbs as necessary Monitor and adjust environmental controls when necessary Assist with all that is required to run extraction unit Monitor plant health and report any abnormalities to general manager Perform other related duties and projects to maintain proper functioning of cultivation Call 406-261-4473 if you are interested in joining our team!
