Inspection company is seeking motivated field inspectors. Currently seeking individual field inspector in Franklin County, MO.
Basic requirements include: reliable transportation, iPhone or Android device, computer with fast internet connection, printer, self motivation, good time management skills, ability to route and meet deadlines.
The contract details are to provide property condition photos and determine the occupancy status of the subject property on a monthly basis. Inspections are completed during daylight hours. This is 1099, part-time, contract work.
