We are growing & currently operate crews in 3 states! We are looking for mature individuals who are willing to adapt and learn the Preservation way of doing things to fill our Sub Contractor positions in our Illinois Metro East Location. The right candidates will have the following: -Your OWN transportation to and from our shop located in Cocoa - At least 25yrs old with a Clean VERIFIABLE Driving Record -Dependable....Reliable and Always on Time -Good work Ethic -Shows ability to work together and be a Team Player -Willing to learn our business and grow with us -Willingness to work in all types of weather as we are a Year Around Company - No issues pulling a 16ft trailer behind a pickup truck - Carpenter/Handyman Skills (Examples: Lock Changes, Door/Window Replacements, Roof Repairs, Soffit/Fascia repairs, Deck Repairs, Metal handrail installations as well as operating commercial mowing equipment) **NOTE: You will be using our Company Trucks/Trailers and Equipment/Tools In return, we offer the following: -Starting Pay Depending on YOUR Experience You will be evaluated in 30 days and will be eligible for a pay raise based on your performance and proven abilities - A Monday through Friday work week with an occasional Saturday (Saturdays are the exception based on work orders that are due) - Weekly Friday payday via direct deposit - Open lines of communication to the owners - Job Security (We have never had to put anyone off in 9yrs due to a lack of work) This is a FULL time, 1099 subcontractor position If you feel that you are a good fit for this position, please apply by replying to this ad with a Resume OR...Simply by telling us what experience you have and contact information.
