Sermar Management is looking to hire an Apartment Maintenance Technician for two apartment communities in Geneva, New York. Ideal candidate is hard working, reliable, works well with others, is self-motivated, organized and dedicated. This is a full time position Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with occasional on-call. 3-5 years experience in apartment maintenance required. Driver License and own, reliable transportation required with the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. Pre-employment background check required.
