Requirements for maintenance techs are:
Candidates will be responsible for all facets of maintenance and cleaning and have basic knowledge of electric and plumbing. Must have own tools. Applicants should possess good communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Must be able to pass criminal background check and live within a 20-mile radius of Indianapolis, IN.
