Short term/Part time work, on a range of items (see below). Work will mostly be helping or working alongside me. (Carpenter/general contractor) on my own house. Pay depending on task/experience/skills/tools. paid hourly cash at end of the day. We'll start with one day, see how it goes, potential for work over then next month or two or future w2 position. I'd rather hire someone with no experience who's a hard worker with a good attitude. No tools needed. Someone looking for a side gig and fitting in hours around another job is fine.
