Prepare and repaint trailer clear coat

The clear coat has pretty much completely come off my 24' car trailer. I would like to have the flaking clear coat removed and clear coat reapplied. Would need heated indoor location for spraying as weather is too cold now for outdoor shooting. Please email with photos of work, location, type of materials to be used, and estimate of cost.
