Looking for immediate helper. Job starts immediately. Only serious inquires that meet all qualifications below:
Qualified applicant must have the following:
- Must own and maintain a working vehicle to get to the job site each day.
- Having own basic tools is a plus.
- Must be able to provide a valid ID and Social Security number for tax purposes.
- Must have a working cell phone.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Able to work honestly unsupervised.
- Able to produce quality workmanship.
- Typical work day starts around 8:00 AM until jobs are complete for the day (usually 6 - 8 hours a day).
- Be punctual.
We are not looking for:
- Drug users
- Heavy drinkers
- Excuse makers
- Visible tattoos
Looking for clean cut, trustworthy, hard workers who are reliable and dependable. You know who you are and if this doesn’t describe you then please don’t apply.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Demolition
- Framing
- Flooring
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Drywall
- Painting
- Digging
- Hauling
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 35 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity of environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.
