Remodeling Service Technician/Warehouse Associate

The Midwest's #1 remodeler is looking for an experienced Service Technician/Warehouse Associate to represent Mad City Windows & Baths in fielding residential service appointments throughout our Cedar Rapids area, as well as assisting in the warehouse. Responsibilities: General maintenance tasks such as: repairing showers and tubs installing shower doors fixing plumbing leaks replacing window sashes & window trim work drywall patching, caulking & cleaning painting & staining taping and mudding of sheet rock siding and shingle installation Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift to place products and materials in proper place. Load, log and prepare job materials onto truck and makes notation of returned materials. Occasional delivering of material/transporting employees to job sites. Qualifications: Valid Driver's License. Experience with residential remodeling, specifically: replacement windows, bathrooms, kitchen cabinetry and exteriors. Some warehouse experience, forklift certified a plus. Good attitude and willingness to learn.
