Learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation without having to get down on the floor. This class is for all abilities.CBD Products Dr. Daniel Cunningham, PharmD, CDCES - ThedaCare Physicians New London ~ Dr. Cunningham will be sharing the dangers of unregulated CBD products and help attendees to understand the importance of finding safe natural alternatives.Attendees will walk to their activities, which will take place from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. If needed, the New London Senior/Disabled transit van will be available for those who qualify. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community, WEDC guidelines will be in place.
