JAS Duluth LLC apartment management company is looking to hire a general labor position. Duties would include painting, cleaning, mowing, snow removal, etc. This is a M-F 8-5 full-time position which could be flexible. Pay is $13/hr with 2 weeks vacation and 1 week sick time per year. 401k available after 1 year. Applicants must be able to pass the Keri Koskinen Background Check, have their own vehicle and valid driver's license. The right applicant would be reliable, punctual, and have good communication skills. We are willing to train if you are willing to learn.
