Affordable Storage LLC in Monticello is currently seeking a full-time assistant manager to start training at our Monticello facility. Our current facility is a 6-acre campus with over 450 units. The General Manager currently works on site, and is eager to train in a new assistant manager. The applicant should have strong communication skills, be well organized, and be proficient in basic computer programs. The applicant will be trained in on our management software, SiteLink, which is specifically designed for the Self-Storage industry. We will begin accepting resumes immediately, and applicants may receive an interview request beginning March 29th. We expect the successful applicant to study, memorize, and be quizzed on our MN Self Storage Lease which is posted on our website at affordablestoragemn.com. After the applicant has completed a successful interview and been chosen, they will study, memorize, and be quizzed on their own time. The successful applicant may then be offered a job and enter training. Starting pay during training will be $15/ hour. We will review the successful applicant at 30 days, and increase wages based on performance. We offer paid vacation time and holidays after 90 days of employment. We are a growing company, and have a lot of room for advancement with a new 10-acre facility currently under construction in St. Michael. Duties include leasing storage units, operating management software, collecting rent, opening and closing garage doors, latching and un latching doors, locking and unlocking doors, keeping a clean work area, and light duty labor. Example... applicant may need to lift 40-50 lbs., sweep out a unit, shovel a sidewalk, etc. Please email me if you think this is a good fit, and explain why. Thank you, Keith Burnham
