Project Manager (Colonie) We are Hiring! Infinite Roofing and Construction located in Colonie, NY has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager proficient in estimating. The Project manager is responsible for overseeing reroofing and all aspects of a roofing project from conception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be reliable, have good organization and time-management skills, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Previous roofing experience required. Must have good clean license as we need to insure you to drive our trucks. Manages projects to meet targeted schedules and costs. Works closely with field laborers and staff to direct work. Reviews and approves invoices, material slips, purchase orders, contracts and proposals to verify that they do not compromise company policy or exceed intended scope of work. Tracks and controls labor and material costs of jobs using computer system. Maintains a complete understanding of all contract information prepared and presented by the company or client. Works with and oversees roofing employees and subcontractors on all phases of projects including schedules, change orders, submittals, quality control, etc. Purchases materials, secures subcontractors, and provides guidance to crews on all project issues. Facilitates resolution of customer requests, questions and complaints. Resolves disputes with clients and past due accounts efficiently. Understands and maintains company policies. Will be required to perform minor repairs and punch-list tasks personally. Infinite Roofing & Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
