CLUB ROOM AT THE FORUM
Arrive 10-15 minutes before class to arrange your mat and props (blocks, blanket, strap).
Take some time to meet with friends at the forum for some movement for your body and stillness for your mind. Secure your spot soon, as only 10 spots will be sold.
