Why is it people think they can just let a dog run loose? They walk right by the sign then let um loose. I've seen 3 or 4 loose dogs the last few time we've been up to BOCCES. NH PD, parks, DPW, and ACO will do nothing about it. But when I say something the people get mad at me. It's not the dog park.
