Acoustic Singing Group

Looking to form a vocal centric group, with acoustic instruments, plenty of harmonies, and do songs like Southern cross, Helplessly Hoping, California dreaming, Sloop John B, and other harmony based songs... take otherwise tired worn out songs like I'd Love To Change The World, and bring it to life with 3 or 4 part harmony. Then eventually branch out to writing as a group, or however it happens. If you play an acoustic instrument, or bass or keys that's a plus, since I play guitar, but all are welcome to inquire. percussion (not a drum kit) is also welcome. If the musical direction of the group diverges I have no problem going with the flow but this is a starting point. I'm willing to incorporate other ideas too, looking for creativity. Please have experience singing harmonies.
