Dickinson based company looking to hire a warehouse/property laborer to help organize the shop for HVAC/Construction. You will help to get the HVAC technicians out to the jobs in the morning and make sure the warehouse stays stocked with needed equipment for each job. Lifting equipment is a must. You will inventory items and make sure equipment is working and calibrated. You will also be needed to maintain the property which can include but not limited to mowing the lawn and picking up trash in the parking lot. On occasion you may be asked to help Property Manager/Construction/HVAC department which requires you to travel in your own vehicle. You may be asked to drive a company vehicle so a DL's is mandatory for this job. Pay is based on experience. The warehouse hours are 8am-5pm but could change depending on where you will be (Property/Construction/HVAC). Please come to office to fill out an application.
