Sage Apartment Communities has an exciting opportunity for a Groundskeeper at our conventional apartment community, Hanger 128 in Everett, WA. If you're a self-starter with an eye for detail, a knack for cleanliness and organization, we invite you to join our talented team! What is in it for you? -Pay $16.32 per hour -Full time hours; 9:00A-6:00P Sunday-Thursday *weekends required* -Excellent benefits package (PTO, Medical/dental/vision) -Work with a talented team Duties & Responsibilities: -Provide a daily trash pick-up around the community -Follow a preventative maintenance schedule -Secure, repair and maintain any equipment owned by the apartment community -Wear any uniform that is provided during work hours -Provide all small hand tools necessary to perform routine maintenance (when applicable) -Complete assigned janitorial duties -Walk property grounds daily to ensure the property has excellent curb appeal -Walk common areas daily to ensure cleanliness, maintain and clean all common area bathrooms Knowledge, skills & Abilities: -Good customer service skills -Basic understanding of painting -Desire to learn basic maintenance skills -Able to take direction well and execute independently -Work efficiently under minimum supervision -Promote positive, proactive resident relations -Lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds unassisted, and upstairs -excellent organizational and time management skills We are hiring now and want to hear from YOU!
