Smaller new business guy looking for a flex space shop to call home. Primary use for setting up a small harmless self contained spray booth for my work. Also a painter/artist. My max budget is $500 but I can gladly pay more down the line as I gain more work. Already been over a year and I’m steadily growing ever since.
