Lead Detailer Starting Pay DOE - $15-18 Bellingham Yachts is looking for a Lead Detailer. This individual should be a self-starter, a leader, and someone who takes pride in a job well done. The Lead Detailer will have the ability to recognize what needs to be done on the dock, give clear instructions to other detailers regarding daily tasks, pay attention to detail, ensure yachts are well cleaned, and maintain a dock space that is of both “working dock” and “polished showroom” quality. Professionalism and Customer Service is important to us.
