Established Fitness Brand seeking to hire Female Personal Trainer

Master Trainer with over 15 years experience in the industry is looking to expand, finally. I started as a trainer at Xsport making $12/hr, worked at and managed various big box gyms like FFC and LA Fitness, into more upscale establishments like Lifetime and LakeShore Sport & Fitness and finally started my own company last summer. I am looking for a female trainer to bring on board that has a passion for health and fitness (in a broad sense, not isolated cookie cutter sense) and truly wants to help people change their lives. Someone that would want to be part of a high level training brand and reputation and potentially business partner down the road. Must have or currently/actively be working on a nationally accredited certification and have a full time availability. Must be open to learning and have no other work obligations (pay is really good and I am not looking to have someone under my brand and image that is unsure or distracted). Currently work out of a 40,000 sq ft private training facility in the Gold Coast with all the goodies and toys. There will be a 90 day probation period where you will spend the first 30 days shadowing and getting some quality hands on time from one of the best in the city with results to back it. This is a very fun career and the relationships/friendships that develop are amazing...but it is also a career to be taken seriously. Pay will start at $35/hr per training hour once you prove you can take clients on your own and can go up to $60/hr within 6 months. I have consistent lead generation both in person and online so getting new clients is not an issue. I am NOT looking for someone to just use my reputation and business as a stepping stool to take new clients. This is a cut throat industry, but I am trusting that I find someone that would love an opportunity like this.
