This year we're on schedule to buy 50-100 homes We're in need of more inventory. We're looking for house hunters someone that can go out and find vacant homes just like this one you see behind me. You see you can get paid $500 - $1,000 just driving around and locating vacant, dilapidated house like this one and sending us the address. A pretty cool way to make some extra cash in your spare time. Here are a few things you can look for to ensure it's vacant: Overgrown grass, missing/boarded up windows, mail piling up, broken fences It's a numbers game, so the more houses you send the better. Everything will be tracked, and you'll know the status of the leads you submit at all times.
