Hiring: $14 per hour, Full Time or Part Time Residential Groundskeeper/Handyman/Porter. Duties Include: Maintaining multiple residential properties with daily landscaping upkeep cleaning beds, pruning plants and shrubs watering plants, blowing leaves. Exterior cleaning such as hosing down and cleaning windows. Maintaining lighting throughout properties and replacing lightbulbs. Trash maintenance, assisting with taking trash out on trash days. Outdoor furniture maintenance, replacing covers and setting up as needed. Running errands. Mail collection and more. Assist with minor repairs, improvements and upkeep such as touch up painting, vehicle care, general home maintenance. Will need reliable transportation for errands, vehicle reimbursement costs will be provided. $14 per hour, 40 hours per week guaranteed. General Responsibilities: Outdoor Cleaning and Sweeping as needed Collect Mail Arrange Furniture Daily Landscape Maint.
