1 year old pit bull looking for her forever home

We have a 1 year old pit bull who has boundless amounts of energy that we just cannot support at the time. She is fully potty trained, knows basic commands, and loves to eat and sunbathe. She needs to learn to walk better on leash, but she is getting better. She can sometimes make aggressive sounds when walking and she sees another dog, but that is out of excitement because she really wants to meet them.
