Boot Camp! Every Tuesday (5:45-6:45AM), Thursday (5:45-6:45AM), and Saturday (7:00AM-8:00AM) from April 13th-June 5th.
Each class will consist of boxing basic techniques, cardio, and high intensity interval training. Come get a full body workout and get ready for summer! **Modification exercises will be offered for all exercises. **Feel free to bring your own boxing gloves, otherwise gloves will be provided for class (exercises can be completed without gloves, but they are highly encouraged!)
