Looking to rent a rehearsal room

Hi, me and my bro are looking to get into a rehearsal room, we have a drum set and a some recording gear that we would like to keep set up in there but thats about it. We got money and ready to get in a room. So if you have a room and need a little extra help making the monthly rent please help me out. Were not looking to find a party room, we just want to set up to record. Don't care if you party though.
