Kelly Services is seeking experienced Assemblers to support an automotive manufacturing company located in Fowlerville, MI. This is a full time temp-to-hire opportunity. Work Schedules Available: 1st shift- 7:00 AM -3:30 PM 2nd shift- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd shift- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Compensation: $14.00-$14.50/hr with.50 bonus for clocking in on time *Hazard (covid) pay, $1 per hour for every regular hour worked What is a typical day in Automotive Assembly? You’ll be: -Operating assembly machinery -Assembling components -Support fabrication, assembly, and fit of product -Identifying opportunities for improvement including ways to optimize assembly operations An Automotive Assembler job might be an outstanding fit if you: -Are at least 18 years of age -Are detail orientated -Are comfortable lifting 1-10 lbs., bending, standing and kneeling -Comfortable with working overtime when required -Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment The $15/hour wage includes a temporary incentive of $1.00 for every hour worked up to 40 hours/week paid as a lump sum.
