Description

We have a rental property where the smaller roof-extension is leaking. This is a smaller roof over an old bay-window style extension that measures about 3' by 10'. We are more concerned with stopping any leak rather than how it looks, it is currently a flat roof, so probably needs some pitch constructed for water run-off. It is on the second story but the basement is 50% above-ground, so likely a 32ft ladder will be needed. zip: 21217.
