House Cleaner needed

Need someone to do general cleaning in house at 80 and Center. Need to get cleaned up for 8-10 hours, then 3-4 hours every 12 days. Also need some outdoor small branches cut and also taken away. You'll need a truck or flatbed. Painting is optional. For Cleaning, I have all supplies, but do like it a certain way, so you must have real experience in other peoples homes. This is vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and helping fold a little laundry. 3-4 hours every 12 days. Must have 2 or more references PLEASE do not apply. Please don't apply if you are flaky. Not interested in you are a slacker. We would like person to stay a while, so if you are a shorter termer, please do not apply with us. Both jobs are very different, and we do not expect them to be by the same person. Please indicate which job you are interested in. Thanks!
