Individual guy, been running Construction company for almost 2 years, been framing for 12. Just landed big siding and framing through end of the summer. Past help has all let me down, usually but just not wanting to come to work. Looking to train if need be, respect is huge. Even if you been doing it longer than me, I'm hiring you!
