EXPERIENCED HOME REPAIR REHABBER NEEDED for private owner with a couple houses, a Small hotel, Restaurant & Rv. Park in various stages of repair... Properties are located in Chloride & Dolan Springs AZ. Must be DRUG & ALCOHOL FREE!!! MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHIC, HONEST & DEPENDABLE. Examples of work to be preformed : Installing Kitchen Cabinets,Electrical,Plumbing Sheet Rock Repair,Knockdown texturing, Carpet, flooring Etc. You Must know your way around in ALL PHASES OF HOME REPAIRS! YOU MUST HAVE BASIC TOOLS! If you don't have MUCH OR ANY Experience in of these areas of work then Don't Bother Calling ! I SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO WORK, DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND GET THE JOB DONE! Salary of 500 per week + includes Housing of a 30' fifth wheel with slide outs in our Rv Park. One meal a day in our Restaurant. Don't waste your time calling and saying you will do it for more money. We are more then capable of doing it our selves. Only hiring to get the jobs done faster... If it turns out you can't do what you say your able to do OR HAVE A DRUG/ALCOHOL PROBLEM!!! I WILL PAY YOU FOR THE WORK DONE AND SEND YOU ON DOWN THE ROAD IN A HURRY. We will start out on a Trial Basis if it works out for both parties this could very easily turn into a long term job/relationship. Don't really want to sound harsh.
