20 Hours per week - Make your own schedule! $15 per hour We are looking for someone to join our real estate team to drive up and down the streets of older neighborhoods in specific areas of Fresno/Clovis and enter the ugliest / most run down / distressed looking house addresses into an app on your smart phone. The app is called Deal Machine. You will be looking for broken or boarded windows, very tall grass, peeling paint, etc. When you see a distressed house, you simply pull over and and add it with one click on your phone. The app will already be showing the map and the houses of your location as you drive. You do not need to leave your car. We will ask for 10-15 houses be added per hour, which should not be a problem in the older areas we will direct you to. The ideal team members for us should have a reliable car, spare time to drive their local neighborhoods in daylight hours, be tech-savvy w/ a smart phone.
