House Cleaner needed (Modesto) compensation: $13. An hour to Start employment type: Part-time up to 30hrs. Hello my name is Naomi Alvarez I'm the owner of Sweep You Off Your Feet Cleaning ! Right now I'm needing some help with my jobs. I'm looking for an experienced sidekick who is reliable, hardworking, trust worthy, and knows how to hustle. Someone who is willing to be trained according to the way we clean and handle my accounts. Im looking for some one who shows an eagerness to get jobs done at a fast pace and timely manner, but showing quality in their work with an EXTREME ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I need someone who is flexible to work at Any Time. We work with a lot of different homeowners who all have different schedules. You need to have a current and valid drivers license, and willing to drive to a clients home with in the perimeters of our working area if needed. Please only SERIOUS applicants that can see themselves doing this for at least more than a year. After being trained and trust and reliability is established I plan to send my new found help out on their own cleaning homes by themselves. With that being said our Number one objective is to make the Homeowner or client happy in every cleaning way possible that's with in our ability and given time. As of right now be prepared to follow COVID Safety measures to ensure the safety of our clients. We will be wearing masks and gloves at all times if required by Gov. Guidelines or our homeowners. Our goal is to provide the customer with trustworthy cleaners who can respect their personal areas that they need cleaned. All the while giving them quality cleaning to make them happy. We work primarily 5 days a week, 9am to 5pm, but are flexible for our clients what ever time or day they need us if were available. I need someone who is willing and open to work any day of the week even weekends if needed. I hope to get more clients if we are ready to take them on and we can do this together With Your help in passing out flyers and advertising when we get time With my new found help, I hope to provide an excellent and safe cleaning service in homes or offices. You will be using a 1099 for taxes acting as a sub contractor, which is simple and I can explain more on that later if your unfamiliar with the process. Lastly, I start out at $13 an hour. If you show the qualities that im looking for and are coming to work on your scheduled days I'm most eager to give out raises. FYI this is extremely hard physical work that will keep you moving at a fast pace for hours at a time,all day even. Please only SERIOUS applicants that plan to stay with us for a good amount of time is appreciated. Training is very time consuming and i do not like to train for nothing. My husband helps out with my interviewing,as well as any issues we encounter and if we ever need help doing some jobs as well. If either of us get in touch with you for an interview amd we get an opportunity to meet each other and want to try out things with you, I will allow you too come to a couple of our homes too see how you work and mesh with things before we both commit to us working together on a regular basis. Pay will be given each work day until a commitment is made. Lastly, I only allow only one call in each month. If its more than that we will have to part ways. Although Im always willing to meet in the middle with you if communication is made. We have to be strick with call ins because our homeowners do not take lightly missed days because they run their schedules around us.
