Join us for our first Executive Chef Tasting! Our chef is preparing unique tasting dishes to pair with whiskeys by Woodford Reserve.
Hosted in our VIP Balcony, 25 lucky folks will get to experience our first tasting event. We've partnered with Woodford Reserve to design a five course tasting menu to compliment the subtle notes in each of the whiskey. Each ticket covers the entire tasting menu with its whiskey match for $95
Cocktail hour from 6-7pm, food will be served promptly at 7pm
Tasting Menu Details
First Course
Bourbon fig glazed shrimo en brochette with Woodford Reserve Straight Bourbon served neat or in an Old Fashioned
Second Course
Spring salad, sweet olive vinaigrette, Woodford Wheat pickled onions, smoked apple crisps, chevre , paired with Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey served neat or in a Whiskey Wour.
Third Course
Barley-malt corn chowder, braised pork belly, mint tuile paired with Woodford Reserve Malt Whiskey, either neat or in a Malt Manhattan.
Fourth Course
Black peppercorn crusted petit filet, rye poached mirliton au gratin, bay-basil coulis, molasses, and roasted shallot demi-glace served with Woodford Reserve Rye Whiskey, served neat or as a Sazerac.
Fifth Course
Double oak spiced apple gelato, mousse noisette, scorched honey caramel alongside Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Whiskey Milk Punch, Spiked Cafe au Lait, or served neat.
