The full-time OSP Laborer will perform entry-level labor for a rapidly growing construction/tech hybrid company. This position has opportunity for growth and promotion as skill sets are learned along the way. Job Duties Assist crew members and linemen in building aerial/underground cabling systems Tool and material handling Assist with traffic control setups/tear downs Drive trucks and bucket trucks in a safe manner Assist in aerial and underground cable placement Work in confined spaces Perform labor intensive tasks Work in all types of weather Comply with safety regulations Maintain safe working habits Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Familiarity with hand tools and equipment (ladders, drills, digging equipment, etc.) Self-motivated Ability to work flexible times such as nights, weekends and/or overtime when needed Preferred Qualifications Familiar with industry standards Experience in aerial or underground utility construction Experience operating a bucket truck The Perks 401(k) with match Paid time off Paid holidays Medical Dental Vision Critical illness Short-term disability Life insurance Casual work environment Company-sponsored events All applicants must complete a drug screen, undergo criminal background check, and show proof of employment eligibility.
