Apartment make ready technician- Looking for an apartment make ready technician with experience in the following: -Apartment make readies -Vinyl plank flooring installation -Carpet installation -Minor electrical (Light fixtures, light switches, plug outlets, appliance installation) -Minor plumbing (Faucet replacement, toilet replacement, etc.) -Drywall repair -Must have own transportation Pay: $13-$18 hour depending on experience Contact: Derek Foster
