Cobalt Real Estate services is looking for full and part time out door labor workers Full time Porters: pick up trash all over the exterior commercial properties, change trash liners, blow and sweep leaves and debris in parking lots, store front sidewalks and back of the properties. Report safety hazards and additional work that is needed. this position will drive to multiple properties in South and North Austin. starting pay at 15.00 per hour Must have own transportation - you will need a pick up truck. You can not preform the job with a car. Mileage is paid and equipment is provided. Must pass a criminal background check.
