Assistance or rehoming Chihuahua

I adopted a Chihuahua last year at 8 weeks old and have been working with him for over a year. He is the only pet in my home. He is a sweet little guy but has become aggressive with bones, toys, and areas of the house. I have a 13 year old son and he now is aggressive with him and now with me. Looking for advice or to possibly rehome him to a family or someone that can work with him and give him the great life that he deserves.
